III. Khảo sát hộ gia đình tại 15 thôn/4 xã dự kiến vào ngày 29,30,31 tháng 7
- Đoàn khảo sát sẽ tổ chức thành 4 nhóm tiến hành khảo sát hộ gia đình thông qua bảng hỏi. Mỗi nhóm sẽ phụ trách khảo sát hộ gia đình tại các thôn đề xuất của 1 xã theo lịch dự kiến và theo lịch thực tế (nếu có điều chỉnh), (Chi tiết tại Phụ lục 1).
- Đối với mỗi thôn, sẽ điều tra phỏng vấn 1/3 số hộ trong thôn, cụ thể,
 25% hộ khá
 50% hộ trung bình
 25% hộ nghèo và cận nghèo
 Ưu tiên hộ có chủ hộ là phụ nữ
 Ưu tiên hộ là dân tộc thiểu số

III. Survey of households in villages 15/4 projected township on June 29, July 30.31-Survey will host 4 groups conducting household survey through questionnaires. Each group will be in charge of household surveys in the proposed country of 1 calendar Township expected and actual schedule (if adjustable), (details in Appendix 1).-For each country, will investigate interview 1/3 of households in villages, in particular,  25% of households are quite 50% of the median household 25% of poor households and poor accessibility prioritizing households have female householder household priorities are minority

- The survey team will organize into 4 groups surveyed households via questionnaires. Each group will be in charge of the household survey in the communal village of 1 proposals scheduled calendar and the actual calendar (if any adjustment), (details in Annex 1).
- For each village, will third interview survey of households in the village, specifically,
25% of households rather 
 50% of average household
 25% poor and near-poor
households  prioritize women headed
households are Prioritize  People Minority
