Cơ chế xử lý kỷ luật nội bộ và bên ngoài được kiểm tra xem có hiệu quả trong việc giảm thiểu các ảnh hưởng bất lợi của kiểm soát sự hiện diện về hoạt động của hội đồng quản trị cổ đông Vietnam hay không. Nền tảng để tạo các mẫu nhỏ bao gồm: mức độ hội đồng quản trị độc lập, kích thước của công ty, tổ chức sở hữu, quyền sở hữu bán lẻ và quyền sở hữu sáng lập. Tương ứng với từng mẫu, để so sánh hiệu quả tương đối của mỗi cổ đông chi phối biến nhị phân vào hoạt động công ty, các gia đình, người sáng lập, và Gia đình và các biến nhị phân lập được báo cáo ước tính hệ số bằng việc sử dụng đặc điểm kỹ thuật trong phương trình. (1) Sự khác biệt trong hệ số ước tính giữa các tập con được thể hiện trong ba hàng cuối cùng của mỗi tập hợp con.

Results (English) 1:

Disciplinary mechanism internally and externally was examined for effectiveness in minimizing the adverse effects of the presence control on the activities of the Board of shareholders in Vietnam or not. Background to create small templates include: the level of Board independence, the size of the company, the organization owns, retail ownership and ownership of the founder. Corresponding to each model, to compare the relative effectiveness of each binary variable dominant shareholders in the company, the family, the founder, and his family and binary variables set report estimated coefficient by using the specifications in the equation. (1) the difference in the estimated coefficients among the subset is shown in the last three rows of each subset.
