Hai bên cam kết tự chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý trong trường hợp nhà , quyền sử dụng đất có tranh chấp bị kê biên để thi hành án hoặc để cháp hành hành chính của cơ quan có thẩm quyền dùng để bảo đảm nghĩa vụ hoặc vi phạm nững cam kết tại điều 7 , và không khiếu nại gì về việc chứng nhận hợp đồng này trong trường hợp nêu trên .
