Chủ đầu tư sẽ không sử dụng bất cứ phần nào của công trình (trừ trường hợp sử dụng tạm thời nhưng đã được nêu cụ thể trong hợp đồng hoặc hai bên cùng đồng ý) trừ khi và cho đến khi được cấp cho Biên bản nghiệm thu phần công trình đó. Tuy nhiên, nếu Chủ đầu tư sử dụng bất cứ phần nào của công trình trước khi Biên bản nghiệm thu được cấp, thì;
