• Dự kiến kết quả thực hiện các mục tiêu đến hết năm 2015:
86% dân nông thôn được sử dụng nước sạch; trong đó 45% đạt QCVN:02/2009/BYT.
65% hộ gia đình ở nông thôn có nhà tiêu hợp vệ sinh.
46% số hộ dân chăn nuôi có chuồng trại hợp vệ sinh
93% trường học và 95% trạm y tế xã ở nông thôn có đủ nước sạch, nhà tiêu HVS.
Kế hoạch huy động các nguồn lực đạt khoảng 37.625 tỷ đồng, trong đó:
Ngân sách TW: 3.624 tỷ đồng (chiếm tỷ lệ 9,6%)
NSĐP và lồng ghép: 1.899 tỷ đồng (chiếm tỷ lệ 5,0%)
Viện trợ quốc tế: 6.491 tỷ đồng (chiếm tỷ lệ 17,3%)
Tín dụng ưu đãi: 22.526 tỷ đồng (chiếm tỷ lệ 59,9%)
Dân đóng góp: 3.085 tỷ đồng (chiếm tỷ lệ 8,2%)
• Đánh giá kết quả thực hiện Chương trình:
- Đến hết năm 2015, Chương trình đã cơ bản đạt được mục tiêu đã được CP phê duyệt, tuy nhiên mục tiêu về cấp nước và vệ sinh trong trường học và trạm y tế chưa đạt mục tiêu (trên 95%).
- Nhận thức và hành vi của người dân đã được thay đổi thông qua các hoạt động thông tin, giáo dục và truyền thông. Môi trường nông thôn ngày một cải thiện.
- Hệ thống văn bản quy phạm pháp luật đã từng được bước được cải thiện, nhiều cơ chế chính sách được ban hành, sự phối hợp của các ngành, các cấp chính quyền ngày càng chặt chẽ.
