Trong trường hợp đối tác gây thiệt hại cho những đối tác khác của Dịch vụ này hoặc gây thiệt hại cho bên thứ ba khi sử dụng Dịch vụ này, đối tác sẽ phải tự chịu chi phí và các rủi ro để giải quyết các thiệt hại nói trên, và không gây thiệt hại đến TRUSTshop.
