Nhằm giải quyết tình trạng giáo viên mầm non ngoài biên chế đồng loạt nghỉ dạy, ngành giáo dục Thanh Hóa quyết định từ tháng 9, giáo viên đứng lớp nhà trẻ, mẫu giáo 3-4 tuổi sẽ chỉ dạy một buổi thay vì hai buổi như trước kia.
