của sản phẩm. PPM được tính bằng công thức :

c. Số miếng lỗi*1,000,000/tổng số miếng băng sản xuất trong 1 ca
d. Số miếng lỗi phát hiện trong 1 ca sản xuất*1,000,000/tổng số miếng được băng sản xuất trong 1 ca
