1. Trả tiền thuê nhà đúng hạn.
2. Sử dụng nhà đúng mục đích. Khi cần sữa chữa, cải tạo theo yêu cầu phải được sự đồng ý của bên A và phải tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật.
3. Nhận nhà, các trang thiết bị kèm theo từ Bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thịnh là người thuê nhà theo hợp đồng ngày 01/11/2014 tại thời điểm ký kết hợp đồng này và chịu trách nhiệm về những hư hỏng, mất mát các trang thiết bị nội thất do mình gây ra, về tác hại gây ra cho bên thứ ba trong khi sử dụng nhà, tự bảo quản các tư trang và đồ đạc cá nhân.
4. Chấp hành các quy định về vệ sinh môi trường, trật tự an ninh chung trong khu vực nhà thuê cũng như các qui định về PCCC của pháp luật.
5. Không được chuyển nhượng hợp đồng thuê nhà hoặc cho người khác thuê lại.
6. Bên B phải thông báo trước 30 nếu muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn để cùng nhau thỏa thuận. Việc chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn chỉ có hiệu lực khi có sự chấp thuận của 2 bên bằng văn bản.
7. Chịu trách nhiệm đăng ký tạm trú, làm các thủ tục pháp lý khác (nếu cần) cho các cá nhân tạm trú, các thủ tục về kinh doanh…. với các cơ quan chức năng, bằng kinh phí của mình chi trả các chi phí liên quan về các thủ tục này theo luật định.
8. Trong quá trình thuê nhà bên B tự chịu các chi phí sửa chữa hoặc thay thế khi sử dụng các thiết bị điện (bóng đèn, công tắc, cầu dao,….) thiết bị nước (đường ống trong nhà, dây, vòi, van khoá…) thiết bị vệ sinh, chống thấm chống dột ….
