Nó giúp kiểm toán viên có thể tiện trong việc quản lý hợp đồng thông qua công cụ excel và giúp cho người quản lý có thể tìm kiếm dễ dàng hơn khi cần thiết .
Sắp xếp một hợp theo từng công trình có thể bao gồm: hợp đồng kiểm toán , phụ lục hợp đồng , quyết định ký kết hợp đồng và bảng quyết toán của hợp . Các biên bản này đều đi kèm với hợp đồng kiểm toán để tiện cho việc tìm kiếm.
