Tất cả các khoản thanh toán đều phải thanh toán đầy đủ và không được giữ lại bất kỳ khoản nào. Trong trường hợp Bên mua nước chưa thanh toán tiền nước vào ngày đến hạn thanh toán, Bên mua nước phải thanh toán cho Bên bán nước tiền lãi chậm thanh toán. Lãi suất chậm thanh toán sẽ bằng một trăm năm mươi phần trăm (150%) lãi suất liên ngân hàng đối với khoản vay có kỳ hạn một tháng do Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước công bố trên trang tin nước tử của Ngân Hàng Nhà Nước (www.sbv.gov.vn) vào ngày tính toán (“Lãi Suất”)
