Đây là khu dân cư mới, được quy hoạch rõ ràng và cụ thể với hạ tầng kỹ thuật và xã hội hiện đại của một thành phố mới. Đây có thể được coi là mô hình mẫu cho khu nhà ở xã hội trong tương lai. Vì hầu hết thành viên trong nhóm sống ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, chúng tôi đã chọn thêm một số khu vực tại đây để khảo sát. Sau khi đã xác định được giới hạn nghiên cứu, chúng tôi tập trung vào việc xác định các vấn đề quan trọng về chất lượng sống tại từng khu vực cũng như nhu cầu về nhà ở trong tương lai của các đối tượng được phỏng vấn.

Results (English) 1:
