- Củng cố mô hình tổ chức, nâng cao

- Củng cố mô hình tổ chức, nâng cao năng lực của các trung tâm bảo vệ quyền tác giả và các tổ chức dịch vụ quyền tác giả;
- Xây dựng hệ thống chỉ tiêu thống kê và cơ sở dữ liệu về các ngành công nghiệp văn hóa;
- Tiếp tục triển khai thực hiện các chiến lược, quy hoạch phát triển các ngành đã được cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt; đề xuất việc sửa đổi, bổ sung, đồng thời nghiên cứu, đề xuất việc xây dựng chiến lược, quy hoạch phát triển đối với những ngành chưa có chiến lược, quy hoạch (nếu cần thiết).

Results (English) 1:

-Strengthen the Organization, enhance the capacity of the Centre for the protection of copyright and the copyright service organisations;-Construction of the system of statistical indicators and data base of cultural industries;-Continue to implement the strategy, industry development plan has been approved by the authority; proposed the amendments, supplements, and research, proposed the construction of strategies, development plan for those the industry does not yet have a strategy, planning (if necessary).

Results (English) 2:

- Strengthen organizational models, capacity building of the center of copyright protection and the service organizations of copyrights;
- Develop statistical indicator system and the database of the industry culture;
- Continue to implement the strategy, planning and development of the sector has been approved by the competent authorities; proposed amendments and supplements, as well as researching and proposing the strategy, development plans for the sector has no strategy and plan (if necessary).
