ĐIỀU 7.
THỜI HẠN, SỬA ĐỔI VÀ CHẤM DỨT HỢP ĐỒNG.
1. Hợp đồng này và các Phụ lục của Hợp Đồng này có thể sửa đổi theo thoả thuận bằng văn bản của các Bên;
2. Hợp Đồng này sẽ chấm dứt nếu thuộc một trong trường hợp sau:
- Hợp Đồng hết hạn mà không được gia hạn;
- Một trong hai The Agentị giải thể, phá sản hoặc tạm ngừng hoặc bị đình chỉ hoạt động kinh doanh;
- Hai Bên thỏa thuận chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn;
- Một trong các bên đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng:
+ Bên đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn theo quy định của Hợp đồng này báo trước bằng văn bản cho Bên còn lạitrước ít nhất 60 ngày làm việc;
+ Nếu The Company thông báo chấm dứt hợp đồng theo quy định tại mục 1 khoản này thì The Agent có quyền yêu cầu The Companyhỗ trợ một khoản tiền cho thời gian mà mình đã làm đại lý cho The Company, giá trị của khoản hỗ trợdo The Company quyết định;
+ Trường hợp hợp đồng đại lý được chấm dứt trên cơ sở yêu cầu của bên đại lý thì bên đại lý không có quyền yêu cầu bên giao đại lý bồi thường cho thời gian mà mình đã làm đại lý cho The Company.
3. Việc chấm dứt Hợp đồng này không làm thay đổi quyền và nghĩa vụ của các Bên phát sinh hiệu lực trước ngày chấm dứt Hợp đồng và nghĩa vụ bảo mật thông tin theo quy định tại Điều 10 của Hợp đồng này, trừ khi các Bên có thỏa thuận khác bằng văn bản.

ARTICLE 7.
TERM, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.
1. This Agreement and the Appendices to this Agreement may be amended by written agreement of the Parties;
2. This Agreement will terminate if one of the following cases:
- Contract expires without being renewed;
- One of two The Agenti dissolution, bankruptcy or suspension or suspended business activities;
- Two parties agree to terminate the contract before the deadline;
- One of the parties to terminate the contract unilaterally:
