Việc kiểm tra hợp đồng này được tiến hành trước hoặc đúng ngày mà hai bên thỏa thuận ở mục 4.4.Dựa vào việc hoàn thành tốt giai đoạn chạy thử mà bên nhận và bên giao sẽ đưa ra một giấy phép sẵn sàng sản xuất chính thức do hai bên cùng ký. Mẫu của giấy chứng nhận được ghi ở phần phụ lục C

Certification: the willingness to produce was officially decided by the complete production of the try ... (number of hours), using technology to get under this contract. Checking this contract was conducted before or right on which the two sides agreed in item 4.4. Based on the completion of the test phase well that party and Party Affairs will offer a production-ready license officially signed by the two sides along. The form of the certificate is recorded in the annexes C

The inspection was conducted this contract on or before the day that the two sides agreed in paragraph 4.4.Dua to complete commissioning phase that the receiver and the deliverer will offer a production-ready license official signed by the two parties.
