Giảm thời gian thông quan hàng hóa XK, NK ngang bằng với các nước ASEAN-6: (2016: dưới 10 ngày đối với hàng XK và dưới 12 ngày đối với hàng NK; đến 2020 còn dưới 05 ngày đối với hàng XK và hàng NK)
