Việc thành lập Câu lạc bộ nhằm tập hợp các luật sư hàng đầu của Việt Nam chuyên sâu trong lĩnh vực thương mại quốc tế, phát huy trí tuệ của nguồn nhân lực luật sư chất lượng cao hỗ trợ Chính phủ, các cơ quan nhà nước, các tập đoàn, tổng công ty lớn, các doanh nghiệp khác trong các công việc tư vấn pháp lý liên quan đến hội nhập quốc tế, tham gia tư vấn, giải quyết các tranh chấp có yếu tố nước ngoài.
