Hệ thống đường chuyên dùng chủ yếu tập đi vào các nhà máy, xí nghiệp, khu công nghiệp, mỏ khai thác, cảng địa phương,… với tổng chiều dài 60,1km gồm 54,0km đường, 364m cầu và 5,73 km kè. Trong đó, tỷ lệ cứng hóa bê tông nhựa, đá dăm nhựa và BTXM là 33,6km đạt 55,9%, còn lại là đường cấp phối và đường đất 26,5km chiếm 44,1% .
