Trường hợp hết thời hạn nêu trên mà Các Bên Bán không nhận được đủ Tiền Đặt Cọc thì Bên Mua phải chịu một khoản lãi phạt với lãi suất là 18%/năm tính trên số tiền còn thiếu cho thời gian chậm thanh toán. Trong trường hợp quá thời hạn nêu tại Điều 3.1(a) mà Bên Mua không trả bất kỳ một phần nào của Tiền Đặt Cọc thì từng Bên Bán có toàn quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Thoả Thuận này.
