Trường hợp một trong hai bên vi phạ

Trường hợp một trong hai bên vi phạm bất kỳ thỏa thuận nào trong hợp đồng hợp tác này thì bên vi phạm sẽ phải chịu bồi thường mọi thiệt hại (nếu có) cho bên còn lại theo quy định của pháp luật.

Where either party violates any agreement whatsoever in this cooperation agreement, the offending party will be subject to compensation for any damage (if any) to the remaining party under the provisions of the law.

Where either party of any breach of contract agreement this collaboration, the breaching party shall pay damages for any damage (if any) to the other party in accordance with the law.
