This strategic plan aims to direct all activities as well as the development of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City the period 2011-2015; is the effective management of the school in order to gradually shift to strategic management methods; as a basis for policy formulation, planning and development in each of the next stage; important role as a text provided by the school. The structure of the strategic plan consists of 5 parts: (1) the mission, vision and values; (2) the context of university education and UEH status; (3) developing strategies and solutions; (4) implementation and monitoring;(5) recommendations.
