B1: vào phòng ( thực hiện quy trình vào phòng khách)
B2: mở công tắc điện
B3: tắt máy lạnh (nếu khách đã ra ngoài)
B4: kéo màn mở cửa cho thông thoáng
B5: mang khay phục vụ thức ăn ra ngoài để vào nơi qy định nếu có
B6: đổ, rửa gạt tàn, ly,tách
B7: đổ rác
B8: quét sàn
B9: làm giường theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
B10: lau bụi theo thứ tự từ trên xuống dưới, từ trái qua phải hoặc ngược lại
B11: bổ sung các hàng cung cấp cho khách
B12: vệ sinh phòng tắm theo tiêu chuẩn quy định
B13: vệ sinh balcony, tưới cây
B14: đóng cửa sổ, balcony, kéo màn
B15: lau sàn
B16: mở máy lạnh
B17: kiểm tra tổng quát lần cuối
B18: tắt công tắt điện
B19: ra khỏi phòng, đóng cửa, kiểm tra ổ khóa
