- Cần trung thực với bản thân để đánh giá đúng các giá trị của mình. Không nên tự huyễn hoặc mình. Hãy tỉnh táo để biết mình còn yếu ở đâu, mình mạnh ở chỗ nào. Và một khi đã nhận ra điểm yếu thì hãy tìm cách khắc phục nó.
- Hoàn thành xuất sắc bất cứ công việc nào được giao. Và dù đó là gì đi chăng nữa thì bạn cũng hãy cố gắng học từ nó. Không công việc nào là vô ích đâu. Với tinh thần lạc quan và ham học hỏi như vậy, nhất định sẽ tiến bộ nhanh, được mọi người tin tưởng và thành công sẽ không phải điều gì quá xa vời.
- Cố gắng giữ đầu óc linh hoạt, trong cả cách xử lý công việc lẫn xác định đường hướng tương lai. Suy nghĩ linh hoạt hết sức quan trọng vì nó giúp đưa ra những quyết định phù hợp với sự thay đổi của tình hình.
