Thưa Anh/Chị,

Lời đầu tiên, chúng tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn sự tin tưởng và ủng hộ của Quý phụ huynh và em … đối với lớp huấn luyện kỹ năng bóng đá của chúng tôi.

Trong thời gian qua việc thanh toán học phí cho lớp còn nhiều bất cập, gây khó khăn trong việc theo dõi cho Quý phụ huynh và cho chính chúng tôi. Để thuận tiện hơn, kể từ tháng 06/2014 kính đề nghị Quý phụ huynh thanh toán tiền học phí của tháng trong tuần đầu tiên của tháng.

Do vẫn còn tồn đọng số học phí từ khoảng thời gian trước nên chúng tôi xin thông báo số học phí còn chưa được thanh toán cho đến ngày 26/05/2014 để Quý phụ huynh thanh toán cho tròn tháng. Chi tiết như sau:
