Thẩm tra các trang thiết bị, tiện nghi trong quán , lập các yêu cầu về cải tạo, nâng cấp sữa chữa và theo dõi việc sữa chữa cho đến khi hoàn tất, đảm bảo các trang bị tiện nghi trong quán luôn đầy đủ và ở trong tình trạng tốt để sẵn sang phục vụ khách.
Đôn đốc và chỉ đạo công tác vệ sinh, chăm sóc cây kiểng, sát trùng tại khu vực công cộng. Đề ra tổ chức thực hiện các kế hoạch làm sạch thường xuyên và các kế hoạch định kỳ tại các khu vực này.
Kiểm kê các vật dụng trong quán , lập yêu cầu bổ sung định kỳ và theo dõi việc cấp phát, sử dụng để tránh sử dụng lãng phí, không đúng mục đích.
