Mô tả bộ quy chuẩn đạo đức của BIDV

- Năm 2007, BIDV đã xây dựng và áp dụng Bộ Quy chuẩn đạo đức nghề nghiệpđược thiết kế trên nguyên tắc đảm bảo tạo ra môi trường hoạt động chính trực, minh bạch và thân thiện.
- Quy chuẩn đạo đức của BIDV chia thành 3 nhóm: (i) Quy chuẩn về đạo đức kinh doanh của BIDV, (ii) Quy chuẩn về đạo đức nghề nghiệp và (iii) Hướng dẫn thực hiện các quy chuẩn đạo đức, với 31 quy chuẩn cụ thể nhằm định hướng các giá trị, là cơ sở cho mọi chính sách, chỉ dẫn và chương trình hành động của BIDV. Đồng thời nó còn có tác dụng định hướng, lan toả và điều chỉnh các hành vi/ứng xử đối với mỗi cán bộ BIDV trong thực hiện các công việc được giao từ đó định hình văn hóa doanh nghiệp của BIDV.
