Đây không phải thực trạng ở vn mới có mà rất nhiều nước kém phát triển cũng gặp phải. Và nếu tôi có quyền hạn trách nhiệm thay đổi thực trạng đó trở nên tốt hơn thì trước hết tôi phải trau dồi bản thân, có kiến thức vững vàng. Tiếp theo tôi sẽ cử các cán bộ giáo viên sang những nước có nền giáo dục tiên tiến để học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ họ cũng như kiến thức cho bản thân.

And if I have the power and responsibility to change that situation becomes better, first I have to improve yourself, have solid knowledge. Next I will appoint the staff of teachers to the countries with advanced education in order to learn from their experience and knowledge for themselves.
