Trong khi, cơ quan chức năng liên quan lại không phối hợp chặt chẽ nên dẫn tới việc quản lý chồng chéo, lỏng lẻo và không hiệu quả, còn các biện pháp xử phạt hành chính lại không đủ sức răn đe khiến cho tình trạng này ngày càng phức tạp.

According to participants, the situation every time, poor quality imitation we flooded the market and can't control it. All the while, relevant authorities not close should lead to overlapping management, loose and ineffective, while administrative sanctions measures not sufficient deterrent makes the situation more complicated.

According to deputies, the conditions of time, counterfeit and shoddy goods on the market is flooded and can not control. While the authorities concerned did not close collaboration should lead to overlapping management, lax and inefficient, and the administrative sanctions are not deterrent enough to cause this condition increasingly complex.
