The following report is concentrated on a SWOT analysis of the Australian McDonald's (MC's) new product of rice meal and makes few recommendations for MC's rice meal performance and development possibilities. Methods of analysis include to use SWOT tool to determine MC's new fast and healthy rice meal performance in the fast food market, therefore this report is going to analyze the different circumstances to present rice mean performance possibility. The information and relative data in this report is obtained from newspaper, journal articles, public health organisations reports and company reports. The reports find sufficient proofs show that McDonald has been criticized by public offering serious unhealthy food that badly affects public health. However, the MC's plan to sell rice meal to improve public health is a sigh of great marketing strategies change. Obviously, MC has huge potential by changing marketing strategies to create healthy products in fast food market. With the MC's fast healthy food coming into fast food market that MC help itself to enhance internal and external advantages and MC also bring a great revolution in the whole fast food market.
