6.2. Ngoài các khoản phạt vi phạm trên đây, trong khi thực hiện Hợp đồng, nếu Bên nào gây ra thiệt hại thì sẽ có trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định của pháp luật.
6.3. Thời hạn thanh toán các khoản phạt vi phạm và bồi thường thiệt hại là 10 (mười) ngày kể từ thời điểm vi phạm hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh.
