THP sẽ thanh toán cho Nhà Cung Cấp bằng hình thức chuyển khoản vào tài khoản ngân hàng dưới đây:

5.2 Đồng tiền thanh toán: Việt Nam Đồng.
5.3 Phương thức thanh toán:
THP sẽ thanh toán cho Nhà Cung Cấp theo số lượng Hàng Hóa thực nhận trên từng Đơn hàng trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày THP nhận được hồ sơ thanh toán hợp lệ bao gồm:
5.3.1 01 bản chính Hóa đơn GTGT hợp lệ.
5.3.2 Đầy đủ bộ chứng từ hợp lệ quy định tại khoản 3.2.3 - Điều 3. Trong đó Biên bản giao hàng phải có đầy đủ chữ ký của đại diện hai Bên.
5.3.3 Phiếu kiểm tra vật tư/thiết bị đầu vào do đại diện THP ký (Mẫu của THP)
