 Tất cả hàng thành phẩm, bán thành phẩm, phụ liệu…, được chuyển giao từ bộ phận này sang bộ phận khác đều phải được liệt kê rõ ràng trong phiếu giao nhận.
 Trong trường hợp phát hiện có người lạ xuất hiện ở khu vực sản xuất và người này không đi cùng với người của công ty; hay gói hàng lạ ở khu vực làm việc của mình thì các công nhân viên phải có trách nhiệm báo cáo cho Quản lý của mình & bảo vệ biết, tránh manh động sẽ làm thiệt hại đến bản thân.
