Nghề Thư ký là đội ngũ của những người có trình độ chuyên môn, khả năng giải quyết công việc và bản lĩnh nghề nghiệp. Trước đây nghề Thư ký chưa được chú ý và phát triển, mọi người có quan niệm và suy nghĩ sai lệch về nghề Thư ký, vấn đề này làm ảnh hưởng tới hiệu quả hoạt động của các cơ quan, công ty, xí nghiệp. Ngày nay với xu thế phát triển theo hướng cổ phần hóa - tư nhân hóa, Doanh nghiệp phát triển và nghề Thư ký đã được coi trọng, ưu tiên hơn và nó mang lại hiệu quả không nhỏ cho sự phát triển của xã hội. Trong thời gian thực tập tại công ty TNHH Thời trang Táo, được phân công làm việc tại bộ phận thư ký, nên em đã chọn đề tài Thực trạng và một số kiến nghị cho công tác thư ký giám đốc tại công ty TNHH Thời Trang Táo để làm báo cáo thực tập của mình.
