Nếu các thỏa thuận cấp giấy phép là cần thiết hoặc thích hợp giữa các chuyên gia tư vấn và các bên thứ ba ,Tư vấn sẽ có được sự chấp thuận trước của chủ đầu tư bằng văn bản cho các thỏa thuận như vậy, và chủ đầu tư có quyền tự quyết định của lấy lại các chi phí liên quan đến việc xây dựng chương trình có liên quan. Những hạn chế khác về việc sử dụng các tài liệu và phần mềm trong tương lai, nếu có, sẽ được quy định trong Quy định đặc biệt.

If the license agreement is required or appropriate between the consultants and third parties, consultants will have to be approved by the owner in writing to such agreements, and the owner has the right to decide of the take back the costs related to the construction of the relevant program. Other restrictions on the use of the materials and the software in the future, if any, will be specified in the special provisions.

If the license agreement is necessary or appropriate between the Consultant and third parties, the Consultant shall obtain the prior consent of the investor in writing to such agreements, and all investors have the right to take back the decision of the costs related to the construction of the relevant program. Other restrictions on the use of these documents and software in the future, if any, will be specified in the Special Provisions.
