Bộ công cụ phỏng vấn sâu được thiết kế với mục đích tìm hiểu đường lây nhiễm HCV của người tiêm chích ma túy và các trải nghiệm của người nghiện chích ma túy trong suốt quá trình xét nghiệm, chẩn đoán và tiếp cận với các dịch vụ điều trị HCV. Các cuộc phỏng vấn sâu với mỗi cá nhân sẽ do các cán bộ y tế tại Trường Đại Học Y Hà Nội thực hiện, mỗi cuộc phỏng vấn sâu sẽ được tiến hành trong thời gian 1- 1.5 tiếng, với nội dung chính bao gồm:
