Malaysia's High Court declared that the only purpose to ignore the corporate veil is to decide whether the assets of the company who can appeal to be held or be considered property of Lorrain. The Court held that the trial judge was right to unravel the company between the company and Lorrain.

The court held that the trial judge was right to lift the veil of the company between the company and Lorrain.
