Đa dạng hóa các hình thức tổ chức và hoạt động của thư viện trường học: chuyển sách trong thư viện nhà trường xuống các tủ sách trên lớp, áp dụng các mô hình "thư viện xanh", "thư viện thân thiện"... nhằm giúp cho việc đọc sách thuận tiện và hiệu quả hơn; giao học sinh tự quản lí tủ sách và cho mượn sách; thường xuyên tuyên truyền giới thiệu sách, tổ chức tốt phong trào thi đọc sách, xây dựng ý thức, thói quen đọc sách cho học sinh.

Diversification of the forms of organization and activity of school libraries: transfer books in the school library down the bookcases on the layer, apply the model "green" library, "library friendly" ... to make the reading more efficient and convenient; student-run communication storage and bookcases to borrow; propaganda often introduce the book, well organized movement in reading, building awareness, reading habits for students.
