Khoản 2 Điều 4 Nghị định 45/2013/NĐ

Khoản 2 Điều 4 Nghị định 45/2013/NĐ-CP quy định các trường hợp được tăng ca từ trên 200 giờ đến 300 giờ/năm, gồm:- Sản xuất, gia công xuất khẩu sản phẩm là hàng dệt, may, da, giày, chế biến nông, lâm, thủy sản;- Sản xuất, cung cấp điện, viễn thông, lọc dầu; cấp, thoát nước;- Các trường hợp khác phải giải quyết công việc cấp bách, không thể trì hoãn.
