Việc rà soát các đự án thường diễn ra đầu mỗi tuần. Đối với các dự án cũ ban giám đốc sẽ kiểm tra số lượng các căn hộ chưa được bán của từng dự án mà công ty tham gia về: diện tích, số phòng ngủ, vị trí căn hộ ( số tầng, hướng,…),… với các dự án mới giám đốc sẽ thu thập thông tin về: nhà đầu tư, vị trí, quy mô, giá cả,…
Sau khi kiểm tra các dự án, ban giám đốc sẽ quyết định dự án sẽ chào. Thường thì một tuần chỉ chào một dự án, các dự án còn lại sẽ được nhân viên bán hàng đan xen vào quá trình chào hàng tùy theo sự thay đổi về nhu cầu của khách hàng. Sau khi đưa ra dự án chào bán ban giám đôc sẽ đưa ra chỉ tiêu về khách hàng, các chỉ tiêu phụ thuộc vào các tiêu chí như: thời gian hoàn thành dự án, vị trí, số lượng căn hộ chưa bán, năng lực của từng nhóm, từng người,…
