Tiếp nhận bản chính Hợp đồng mua bá

Tiếp nhận bản chính Hợp đồng mua bán nhà ở nêu tại Điều 1 của Văn bản này, Các biên lai/hóa đơn nộp tiền mua bán nhà ở và các giấy tờ khác có liên quan đến căn hộ.
Được tiếp tục thực hiện các quyền và nghĩa vụ bên A trong hợp đồng mua bán nhà ở nêu trên, được coi như Bên mua nhà ở kể từ ngày Văn bản chuyển nhượng này được Chủ đầu tư xác nhận.
Cùng với Bên A làm các thủ tục chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng tại cơ quan Công chứng làm thủ tục xác nhận của Chủ đầu tư về việc chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng này theo quy định
Nộp bản sao Biên lai thuế thu nhập từ việc chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng này cho Chủ đầu tư
Phải nộp phạt vi phạm theo thỏa thuận và bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên A nếu gây thiệt hại
