- Dự kiến một nhóm sẽ phỏng vấn 2 thôn/ngày. Đề nghị UBND các xã liên lạc với trưởng thôn của các thôn có tên trong công văn; đề nghị trưởng thôn thông báo và mời các hộ có tên trong danh sách (Phụ lục 2) tập trung tại nhà văn hóa của thôn. UBND cử cán bộ làm đầu mối phối hợp với cán bộ của Văn phòng TVQLCT (đồng chí Nguyễn Quỳnh Anh, số điện thoại [phone]) chốt lịch phỏng vấn hộ tại các thôn. UBND xã cử ít nhất 1 cán bộ hỗ trợ đoàn trong suốt quá trình phỏng vấn hộ gia đình ở các thôn trong xã và các trưởng thôn của mỗi thôn khi đoàn phỏng vấn hộ gia đình tại thôn tương ứng.
