EC nghiên cứu, có đánh giá và xây dựng lại tiến độ thực hiện FS và công việc sau báo cáo FS đến khi khởi công dự án đảm bảo phù hợp với mục tiêu chính phủ Lào phê duyệt FS trước ngày 30/6 và khởi công dự án trước ngày 30/11.
Để đẩy nhanh tiến độ tôi đề nghị EC phối hợp PetroLao, BIDV triển khai nhiều nội dung công việc song song để rút ngắn thời gian thực hiện (ví dụ như thực hiện đánh giá tác động môi trường phía VN có thể không cẩn thiết phải chờ đến tuaanff 20 của dự án (8/2015)mới thực hiện, đề nghị đẩy nhanh tiến độ phối hợp Eximbanka thu xếp tài chính cho dự án)

Results (English) 1:
