ĐIỀU XI: PHẠT DO VI PHẠM HỢP ĐỒNG:
1. Phạt do chậm giao hàng:
- Nếu Bên Bán không giao hàng theo như tiến độ yêu cầu của bên Mua thì Bên Bán bị phạt theo tỷ lệ phạt như sau:
- Phạt 0.25% giá trị hàng hóa giao chậm/03 ngày đầu tiên;
- Phạt 0.1% giá trị hàng hóa giao chậm/01 ngày kế tiếp;
- Tổng số tiền phạt không vượt quá 8% (Bằng chữ: Tám phần trăm) trị giá hợp đồng
2. Phạt do nhận hàng chậm:
- Nếu Bên Mua không nhận hàng theo như tiến độ yêu cầu của Bên Bán thì Bên Mua bị phạt theo tỷ lệ phạt như sau:
- Phạt 0.25% giá trị hàng hóa nhận chậm/03 ngày đầu tiên;
- Phạt 0.1% giá trị hàng hóa nhận chậm/01 ngày kế tiếp;
- Tổng số tiền phạt không vượt quá 8% (Bằng chữ: Tám phần trăm) trị giá hợp đồng.

ARTICLE XI: penalty DUE to BREACH OF CONTRACT:
1. Penalty due to delay of delivery:
-If the seller does not deliver as per the schedule requested by the buyer, the Seller is penalized by a fine as follows:
-Fined 0.25% of the value of goods delivered slow/03 first day;
-Penalty 0.1% of the value of goods delivered slowly, next day;
-the total amount of the fine does not exceed 8% (in words: Eight per cent of the contract value)
2. Penalty order slowly:
-If the buyer does not accept the goods as far as the progress required by the seller, the buyer be penalized by a fine as follows:
-Fined 0.25% of the value of goods received is slow/03 first day;
-Penalty 0.1% of the value of goods received is slow, next day;
-the total amount of the fine does not exceed 8% (in words: Eight percent) worth contracts.

- If the Seller does not schedule delivery as required by the Seller and Buyer shall be fined in proportion to the following penalties:
- 0.25% fine goods delivered cham/03 first day;
- Impose 0.1% of the value of goods delivered next day cham/01;
- total fine not exceeding 8% (in words: eight percent) of the contract value
2. Penalty for late delivery:
- If you do not receive goods by the Purchaser as required schedule of the seller, the purchaser penalized in proportion to the following penalties:
- 0.25% fine goods received cham/03 first day;
- Impose 0.1% of the value of goods received cham/01 next day;
- total fine not exceeding 8% (in words: eight percent) of the contract value.
