Để lần thực tập này của em thành công ngoài kiến thức trên ghế nhà trường mà các thầy cô đã truyền đạt cho em. Em đã có được những kiến thức phong phú từ những bài giảng và nhờ sự quan tâm của nhà trường. Trong thời gian thực tập em được cọ sát với thực tế, dưới sự chỉ đạo hướng dẫn nhiệt tình của Ban lãnh đạo cùng toàn thể các cô, anh chị trong Khách sạn Hải Âu quy nhơn. Và đặc biệt là sự hướng dẫn tận tình, chi tiết của cô giáo Nguyễn Hoài Thu em đã hoàn thành đợt thực tập và bài báo cáo thực tập này.
Vì những gì em biết chỉ có hạn nên không thể tránh được những khiếm khuyết, khuyết điểm sai lầm trong bài báo cáo thực tập này. Em rất mong sự góp ý của các thầy cô trong bài báo cáo của em được hoàn thiện hơn.
Một lần nữa em xin chân thành cảm ơn Nhà trường, khách sạn Hải Âu quy nhơn và cô Nguyễn Hoài Thu đã giúp đỡ em hoàn thành đợt thực tập và bài báo cáo thực tập này.
