- Cam kết thực hiện một cách nghiêm túc đầy đủ các điều kiện được uỷ quyền một cách nghiêm túc và chịu trách nhiệm trước Bên A về các công việc đã được giao.
- Báo cáo cho Bên A tiến độ công việc theo từng giai đoạn đang thực hiện.
- Không được phép bàn giao hồ sơ cho Bên thứ 3 khi chưa được sự chấp thuận của Bên A.

Results (English) 1:

-Commitment in earnest a full terms authorized in earnest and responsible party A of the work has been delivered.-Report to the Parties A progress as each stage is done.-Are not allowed to hand over the records to a third Party without the consent of A Party.

Results (English) 2:

- Undertaking a full earnest authorized conditions seriously and take responsibility before the Party A the work has been delivered.
- Report to Party A work schedule for each phase Ongoing.
- Not allowed to hand over the dossier to 3rd parties without the consent of Party A.
