When new requirements arise resulting requiring design changes of the new works, contractors and design consultants Project Department must recognize this change requests, shall consider and appropriately updated on plan design and development.
The procedures to control the design change procedure is the same as designing new works. These changes have been reviewed, verified and validated, and approved use before implementation. The consideration of these changes should include assessing the impact of these changes on the constituent parts of the new work item.
After design changes, the unit concerned, such as monitoring consultants and contractors, need to be informed about these changes.
Records of design changes and the related actions must be adequate storage.
