Khi phát sinh những yêu cầu mới dẫn đến đòi hỏi phải thay đổi thiết kế của các hạng mục công trình mới, nhà thầu tư vấn thiết kế và phòng Dự án phải nhận biết được các yêu cầu thay đổi này, tiến hành xem xét và cập nhật một cách thích hợp vào kế hoạch thiết kế và phát triển.
Thủ tục kiểm soát việc thay đổi thiết kế cũng giống như thủ tục thiết kế các hạng mục công trình mới. Những thay đổi này phải được xem xét, kiểm tra xác nhận và xác nhận giá trị sử dụng và được phê duyệt trước khi triển khai thực hiện. Việc xem xét các thay đổi phải bao gồm cả việc đánh giá sự tác động của các thay đổi này lên những bộ phận cấu thành của hạng mục công trình mới.

When new requirements arise resulting requiring design changes of the new works, contractors and design consultants Project Department must recognize this change requests, shall consider and appropriately updated on plan design and development.
The procedures to control the design change procedure is the same as designing new works. These changes have been reviewed, verified and validated, and approved use before implementation. The consideration of these changes should include assessing the impact of these changes on the constituent parts of the new work item.
After design changes, the unit concerned, such as monitoring consultants and contractors, need to be informed about these changes.
Records of design changes and the related actions must be adequate storage.
