Trong trường hợp bên B không hoàn thành giao hàng trong thời hạn hợp đồng, bên A có quyền nhận lại toàn bộ chi phí nguyên vật liệu theo giấy chuyển giao nguyên vật liệu. Trường hợp bên B giao hàng thiếu, trị giá L/C sẽ bị giảm đi tương ứng với giá trị phần hàng giao thiếu.
