Phòng Dự án phối hợp với Phòng Tài chính Kế toán trong việc lập và theo dõi kế hoạch tài chính (kế hoạch huy động và phân bổ vốn, kế hoạch giải ngân); soạn thảo, quản lý và theo dõi hợp đồng của các nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các đơn vị tư vấn.

Project coordination with finance and accounting in the establishment and monitoring of the financial plan (plan of mobilization and allocation, disbursement plan); drafting, management and follow-up of the contract by the contractor, the supplier and the consulting unit.

Rooms joint project with the Finance and Accounting Department in the preparation and monitoring of financial plans (plans mobilization and allocation, disbursement plan); preparation, management and tracking of contract bidders, suppliers and consultants.
