Nếu phát sinh tranh chấp, Các Bên sẽ thương lượng để giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác và thiện chí. Trong trường hợp thương lượng không thành, việc giải quyết sẽ được thực hiện tại Tòa án hoặc thỏa thuận giải quyết tại Trọng tài thương mại theo pháp luật Nhật Bản
