1. Lịch làm việc tại đơn vị thực tập
Công ty TNHH Abc đã tạo mọi điều kiện làm việc tốt nhất có thể cho các cán bộ - công nhân viên của mình. Mỗi nhân viên đều được trang bị đầy đủ dụng cụ làm việc, nội dung công việc được phân công rõ ràng hợp lý.
Không gian làm việc thoáng mát, sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, luôn được bảo vệ an ninh, phòng chống rủi ro cháy nổ tốt. Vấn đề này đã góp phần tác động đến động lực làm việc của nhân viên, giúp cho nhân viên một điều kiện làm việc tối ưu và phát huy được hết khả năng của nhân viên trong công việc.
• Ban Giám đốc:
Làm việc theo giờ hành chính. Có phòng làm việc riêng, thoáng mát, gọn gàng, sạch sẽ.
• Các phòng ban chức năng trong Công ty:
o Các phòng Hành chính, Kế toán, Kinh doanh, dịch vụ, kế hoạch: làm việc theo giờ hành chính. Nhân viên bảo vệ thì làm việc 24/24.
o Phòng làm việc có máy điều hòa nhiệt độ và được làm vệ sinh hằng ngày nên rất thoáng mát, gọn gàng, và sạch sẽ.
o Phòng họp được trang bị với nhiều máy móc, thiết bị hiện đại.
o hành lang của các tầng đều có cây xanh, vừa tạo không khí sạch cho phòng, vừa tạo khung cảnh đẹp cho công ty.
o Mỗi phòng làm việc có ít nhất là một máy in laser, máy scan, máy photo, ngoài ra một số phòng làm việc còn được trang bị thêm một máy in màu.
o Mỗi nhân viên và lãnh đạo đều được trang bị một máy vi tính, tủ đựng hồ sơ và dụng cụ làm việc cá nhân.
